We offer Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian JJ, Submission, National Level Wrestling, Judo for all skill levels. Aside from amateur to professional athletes, we also welcome Women, Kids & anyone who wants to achieve a certain skill level or just use it for fitness!!
Our facility is a Professional size Kickboxing/Boxing/MMA certified Ring, over 1000 sf of professional quality mats, 10 Thai Bags, 2 Body Bags, 3 tear drop bags, rope climbs, a 600 sf mezzanine level that will allow overseeing of the training below & a 20x20 private lessons mat, etc. Men's & Women Restrooms & a small marketplace for merchandise.
